Ar-Lex Graph is a multi-agent Graph-RAG system designed for statutory interpretation of Armenian law. It constructs a 161,268-node Neo4j knowledge graph from Armenian legal texts, enforcing a five-level statutory hierarchy and temporal validation. A three-agent swarm (Researcher, Jurist, Consultant) processes queries to generate answers in Armenian with verifiable citations. Benchmarks show it dramatically improves citation accuracy and reduces hallucinations compared to a baseline RAG system.
