A reproducibility package for a research paper on forecasting cloud-free imaging probability for optical Earth-observation satellites over Armenia. It includes a full modeling pipeline for training on historical Sentinel-2 and ERA5 data (or synthetic data for keyless runs) and a live inference system using Open-Meteo forecasts to issue next-day Go/No-Go tasking decisions per administrative region.
