This repository contains open, reproducible analyses of public procurement data from Georgia, Armenia, and Moldova, using the Reestri indexes. It focuses on aggregate data of companies and state buyers, not private individuals. The current primary content is an analysis of Armenian public procurement contracts from 2018 to 2026, including scripts and CSV tables examining single-source awards, non-competitive spending, and procedural trends.
