An independent academic analysis of the proposed "Ferropista" base railway tunnel project for crossing the Central Cordillera between Ibagué and Armenia, Colombia. The repository contains the code and reproducible evidence for a multi-objective study (topography, geotechnics, tunnels, logistics, road safety) conducted by the GEOPAV research group at Universidad de Ibagué. It includes Next.js website source, QGIS/Python scripts, data processing code, and detailed documentation of sources and assumptions.
