Summary
HyePar is an open-source web application designed as a living archive of Armenian traditional dance and a practical tool for dance teachers. It aims to document dances with metadata (region, difficulty, music, history) and provide a fast, phone-first interface for searching and playing music during practice. The project is in early development with a complete design system and seeded data for ~115 dances, using Astro for the front end and YAML files as the data source.
