It uses RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with a local ChromaDB vector store and multilingual embedding model to provide accurate, real-time answers about credits, deposits, and branch locations. Includes a web scraper to build the knowledge base and a voice pipeline with STT/TTS.
